The Way You Hold Me by Elle Wright is book two in her Pure Talent series. Though part of a series, it reads well as a standalone.
Skye Palmer and Garrett Steele are talented in their respective fields and have been brought together on behalf of their clients. Their professional worlds have collided and sparked a renewed interest in their personal ones. Can they successfully navigate the minefields in both?
The Way You Hold Me is a smart continuation to the Pure Talent series. The interesting plot and vivid dialogue hold the reader’s attention. The main characters were both introduced in book one but are artfully expanded here with well-developed interpersonal relationships and complete backstories. Overall, the novel is fresh and compelling and rates 4 out of 5 stars. I recommend it to all readers of contemporary romance and am looking forward to the next installment in the series.
My thanks to Kensington Books and NetGalley for the opportunity to read an advance copy of this book. However the opinions expressed in this review are 100% mine and mine alone.
